: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in railway and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on expanding market presence, developing key client relationships, and securing high-value orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in railway/metro/EPC segments
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and government bodies
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and handle negotiations
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for execution support
- Monitor market trends, tenders, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in business development/sales in Railway sector
- Strong network with EPC contractors/railway authorities preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in OHE/ROCS/railway electrification products
- Familiarity with tendering processes and government procurement systems
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
