Business Development Manager (BDM) / Business Development Officer (BDO)

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) / Business Development Officer (BDO) for our Recruitment & Staffing division. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation within the Recruitment industry. Exposure to the Study Abroad / Overseas Education sector will be an added advantage.

This is a target-driven role focused on generating recent business, acquiring clients, and contributing to the company's growth.

Mandatory Requirement

- Candidates must have Business Development experience in the Recruitment/Staffing industry.
- Candidates without Recruitment/Staffing Business Development experience are requested not to apply.
- Freelance Recruitment Business Development professionals with proven client acquisition experience are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business for Recruitment & Staffing services.
- Acquire new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and direct meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client hiring requirements and close recruitment contracts.
- Generate business across multiple industries including IT, Healthcare, FMCG, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Non-IT sectors.




- Identify and develop opportunities in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education segment.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure successful client delivery.
- Achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals independently.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in Recruitment/Staffing Business Development.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate consistent revenue.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates currently working in Recruitment/Staffing companies.
- Former Recruitment BDMs/BDOs.
- Freelance Recruitment Business Development professionals with an existing client network.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Interview Process Face-to-Face Interview (Mandatory)
