We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to expand our client base in Australia,US and the UK. You will be the face of the company, responsible for driving growth strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring profitability.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices
- Provide feedback and aftersales support
- Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
- Mentor entrylevel staff into valuable salespeople
- Explore innovative methods for market expansion and profitability
- Drive business development, sales, and key account management
- Identify opportunities and convert them into profitable business





Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in International B2B sales
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce preferred; Science second preference)

- Skills:
- Working knowledge of finance and accounting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in lead generation and client engagement
- Selfmotivated, marketoriented, and relationshipdriven
