A construction and project execution company in Delhi, is hiring a Business Development & Tender Manager with 4–8 years of skilled experience in business development, tender management, project acquisition, or project sales within the construction, architecture, project management consultancy (PMC), interior fit-out, EPC, or building materials industry. A key focus of this role is developing business opportunities through an established professional network of architects, architecture firms, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs), while supporting tender management and project acquisition activities across residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and infrastructure projects.

- Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignments Key Responsibilities - Develop business opportunities through an established network of architects, architecture firms, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), developers, and industry stakeholders
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with architects, architecture firms, PMCs, developers, consultants, contractors, and other industry stakeholders
- Identify upcoming construction projects, track market opportunities, and monitor tender and prequalification requirements
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents, technical proposals, commercial submissions, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with technical, estimation, procurement, and project teams during bid preparation and tender submissions




- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams during pre-bid meetings, bid submissions, negotiations, and project award stages
- Support business presentations, capability presentations, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate records of business opportunities, tenders, client interactions, and project pipelines
- Monitor market developments and industry trends relevant to construction and project opportunities Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–8 years of professional experience in business development, tender management, project acquisition, or project sales within the construction, architecture, PMC, interior fit-out, EPC, or building materials industry
- Demonstrated professional network with architecture firms, architects, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs), with the ability to identify business opportunities and generate project leads through these industry relationships
- Candidates from the building materials industry with relevant industry relationships across architecture firms, architects, and PMCs are encouraged to apply
- Experience managing tender documentation, bid submissions, prequalification processes, and proposal coordination
- Understanding of construction projects, tendering processes, and project delivery workflows
- Experience coordinating with technical, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and standard business documentation tools
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship management, and negotiation skills Work Schedule - Location: Noida & South Delhi
