About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and purpose-driven individuals who are passionate about the social sector and are interested in building a career in business development. This internship offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of corporate partnerships, CSR, sustainability, and social impact consulting while gaining hands-on exposure to client acquisition and business growth. Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential corporate clients, CSR teams, foundations, and development organizations.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partnership opportunities.

Conduct market research on CSR trends, ESG initiatives, sustainability, and social impact investments.

Support outreach activities through email, LinkedIn, networking, and follow-up communication.

Assist in preparing proposals, capability decks, presentations, and business development documents.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings and align them with client requirements.

Track leads, maintain CRM records, and prepare business development reports.

Support partnership meetings, stakeholder engagement, and follow-up activities.

Stay updated on government policies, CSR regulations, and developments in the social impact ecosystem. Eligibility

Recently completed Master's degree in Social Work (MSW),



Development Studies, Rural Development, Public Policy, Social Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, NGO Management, Sociology, or related social sector disciplines.

Strong interest in business development, partnerships, corporate engagement, or CSR consulting.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Robust research and analytical abilities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Working laptop and stable internet connection Preferred Candidate Profile

Comfortable interacting with corporate stakeholders and building professional relationships.
