Role Description The Business Development Intern – US Logistics will support the growth of our US logistics operations by assisting with lead generation, market research, and customer outreach. This full-time, in office role is based in Noida and requires working in the US/night shift to align with international client schedules.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, gathering and analyzing market data, maintaining prospect databases, and preparing basic sales reports and presentations. The intern will help coordinate with the sales and operations teams to follow up on inquiries,



support customer service activities, and ensure accurate documentation of business development efforts. The role offers hands-on exposure to global logistics, sales processes, and client relationship management in a fast-paced environment.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English for international client interaction.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture potential business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities to study competitors, customer needs, and industry developments.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support client queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Comfort with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic CRM or sales tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work in US/night shift hours and collaborate effectively with cross-border teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in global logistics, freight forwarding, and business development with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
