Role Description

This is an internship role for a Business Development Intern at Tertiary Education Advisors. The intern will be involved in lead generation, community management, market research, customer communication, and internal communication activities on a day-to-day basis. This is a hybrid role with the main location in the Greater Delhi Area, allowing for remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities 1 Client Identification:

Conduct market research to identify TEA's target audience.

Analyse demographics, interests, and potential pain points of students and parents looking for higher education and personality development services. 2 Outreach and Engagement:

Use instant messaging, social media, email, and cold calling to connect with prospects, build relationships, and highlight TEA's value, with the goal of connecting prospective leads with TEA's advisors.

Manage and respond to Instagram DMs and LinkedIn messages promptly to nurture inbound interest. 3 Community Management:





Manage and grow TEA's WhatsApp community, keep conversations active, share updates, and ensure members stay engaged. Support TEA's Instagram and LinkedIn presence by handling direct messages, engaging with followers, and assisting with light content coordination.

Be a friendly, approachable point of contact for students and parents across all platforms. 4 Marketing Support:

Assist in creating campaigns to drive leads and enhance TEA's visibility. 5 Reporting and Analysis:

Track interactions in the CRM, analyse performance, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications High school (11th/12th grade) or college student eager to learn and grow.

Strong communication skills: comfortable speaking to people over calls, messages, and in person.

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Flexibility and adaptability in a energetic work environment.
