Position Overview Gramik is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Agriculture students/graduates to join as Business Development Interns. This is a Office-based role (no fieldwork involved) where interns will connect with farmers, understand their concerns, assist in sales and marketing activities, and support business expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Calling and connecting with farmers on a regular basis
- Understanding and listing farmers’ concerns and requirements
- Maintain accurate records of farmer interactions and feedback
- Coordinate farmer feedback with internal teams
- Assist in delivering sales and marketing pitches over calls
- Promote company products and services to farmers
- Support business development strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers remotely
