Role Description This remote internship role as a Business Development & Growth Intern supports Aeier Studio’s efforts to expand its client base and strengthen partnerships. Day-to-day tasks may include researching and identifying prospective clients, compiling target lists, and assisting with outreach through email and social channels.

The intern will help prepare pitch materials, presentations, and case studies, and support the maintenance of CRM records and pipelines. Additional responsibilities include tracking market trends, gathering competitive insights, and contributing to growth-focused initiatives such as campaigns,



collaborations, and community engagement. This is an internship role with flexible hours designed to offer hands-on experience in business development within a creative studio environment.

Qualifications

- Strong research and analytical skills for identifying leads, understanding market trends, and compiling insights.
- Business development, sales, or marketing interest, with the ability to support outreach, relationship-building, and pipeline management.
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills for crafting outreach messages, pitch materials, and client-facing documents.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Comfort with digital tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or project management platforms; familiarity with social media is a plus.
- Curiosity about brand strategy, design, and wellness-driven businesses, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in business, marketing, communications, design management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
