We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) who is eager to build a career in sales and client acquisition within the digital marketing industry. If you are confident, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy interacting with people, this role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients through various online and offline channels.
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other prospecting methods.
- Reach out to prospective clients to introduce the company's digital marketing and creative services.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with other team members.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to generate business opportunities.
- Support the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Attend networking events, webinars, and business meetings whenever required.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project handovers.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, advertising, or branding services (preferred).
- Confident in making calls and communicating with clients.
- Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Good negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to achieve goals.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Media, Commerce, or any related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be an added advantage.
