Role Description The Business Development Executive role at XOTIC Essentials is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building relationships with potential clients and partners.

The Business Development

Executive will manage key accounts, maintain strong communication with stakeholders, and ensure a positive, consistent customer experience. Daily responsibilities include market research, outreach via calls, emails, and meetings,



preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking performance against sales and growth targets. Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand the client base.

Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to nurture relationships and manage ongoing client engagements.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Candidates should ideally have experience in retail, e-commerce, or luxury goods, with an understanding of home décor and lifestyle markets.

Candidates should demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Lucknow.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office.
