Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Trichy. The role involves outbound calling, lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and promoting ISO Certification Services and ISO Training Programs. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with prospective clients, qualifying leads, scheduling follow-ups, and supporting the sales process through professional customer interactions.

Position Details

- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

- Work Location: Ability to reliably commute to K.K. Nagar, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, or willingness to relocate before joining

- Work Mode: In office

- Language Requirement: Excellent spoken and written English

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for ISO Certification and Training Programs

- Explain service offerings clearly and professionally to potential clients

- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and marketing campaign responses

- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads for certification or training services

- Schedule appointments, demos, or call-backs for senior sales or technical teams

- Update lead status, call outcomes, and follow-ups accurately in CRM

- Support promotions for webinars,



training programs, and special campaigns

- Maintain call quality, compliance, and professional communication standards.

Mandatory Skills

- Minimum 2 years of total work experience

- 1 to 5 years of experience in Telemarketing, Tele sales, or Outbound Calling

- Strong verbal communication skills in English (Tamil and/or Hindi is an advantage)

- Good persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills

- Ability to handle objections professionally

- Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage

- Target-driven mindset with a customer-focused and ethical sales approach.

Preferred skills:

- Experience in B2B services, certification, training, or consulting industry is preferred

- Experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho One (minimum 2 years) is an added advantage

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

- Knowledge of ISO standards is an added advantage. Training will be provided.
