About the Opportunity

We are building a new venture focused on Thermal Interface Materials (TIM), battery thermal management, EMI shielding, specialty silicones, and advanced electronics materials .

We are looking for an experienced industry professional who understands the thermal management and electronics materials ecosystem and can contribute across product strategy, manufacturing, supplier development, and commercial growth.

This role is ideal for professionals who have worked with OEMs, EMS companies, electronics manufacturers, EV companies, battery manufacturers, semiconductor companies, or specialty materials businesses and are interested in helping build a manufacturing business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate opportunities across Thermal Interface Materials (TIM), battery thermal management, EMI shielding, specialty silicones, and electronics materials.
- Identify commercially viable products, manufacturing opportunities, and import substitution opportunities within the Indian market.
- Assess manufacturing processes, raw materials, equipment requirements, quality standards, and scalability across different product categories.
- Build and leverage relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, EV manufacturers, battery pack manufacturers, semiconductor companies, power electronics manufacturers, industrial automation companies, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify and develop relationships with raw material suppliers, equipment manufacturers, technology partners, and testing laboratories.
- Support customer discovery by understanding technical requirements, qualification processes, and purchasing practices across target industries.
- Evaluate competing products, pricing, market dynamics, and technology trends across domestic and international markets.
- Provide strategic inputs on product selection, commercialization, supplier development,



manufacturing priorities, and go-to-market strategy.
- Work closely with the founders in establishing supplier networks, customer relationships, and long-term business development initiatives.

- Industrial manufacturing and process scale-up
- Technical sales or business development
- Customer qualification and OEM engagement
- Product management or application engineering

Ideal Candidate
- Strong understanding of the thermal management or electronics materials industry.
- Existing relationships within the electronics, EV, battery, semiconductor, or industrial manufacturing ecosystem are highly desirable.
- Ability to evaluate both technical and commercial aspects of current product opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building and scaling a manufacturing business.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and contributing across multiple business functions.
