Marketing & Sales Head (Robotics & Industrial Automation)
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Lichi Robotics is looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Sales Head to help expand our industrial automation business. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Sell our industrial automation products and services, including:
- EtherCAT Master Software
- Complete PLC Replacement Solutions
- Custom Automation Solutions
- Multi-Axis Robotics & Factory Automation Turnkey Solutions
- Reach out to robotics companies, automation integrators, manufacturers, and industrial clients.
- Schedule meetings, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Work closely with our engineering team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Training Period
- Duration: 3 Months
- Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
- Complete training will be provided on our products, services, sales process, and industrial automation market.
Full-Time (After 3 Month)
Candidates who successfully complete the training and demonstrate strong performance will be evaluated for a full-time remote position.
Full-Time Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Performance Requirement To qualify for the full-time role, candidates must successfully close any two sales during or after the training period. These can be any combination of:
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication in English Language and presentation skills
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development
- Target-driven
- Willingness to learn industrial automation and robotics
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email communication, and Microsoft Office is a plus
