Job Overview

Hoola Health seeks a motivated BDE to build doctor referral channel & lead promotional activities in schools, societies,. The role involves driving partnerships, executing campaigns, and managing activations to promote Hoola Health's child healthcare services. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for successful outreach initiatives. This is a on field role & will involve travel across Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Offline Business - To drive clinic growth through offline sales channels. Direct impact on Business P&L; of the company
2.



Doctor referral - Build strong relationships with the doctors to drive patient referrals for therapies & vaccinations
3. School Activations: Build relationships with schools and manage health camps, awareness programs, and presentations to school authorities.

4. Society Activations: Engage residential societies for health camps, vaccination drives, and lead tracking for conversions
5. Lead Generation & Reporting: Generate leads, track key metrics, and provide performance reports with improvement suggestions.
6. Lead Conversion - Follow up and convert leads into business results.

Preferred Skills: Offline Sales - Proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Robust network of doctors (paediatricians/gynaecologist) preferred Past Healthcare background preferred (Not Mandatory)

English, Hindi & Kannada (good to have)
