Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Business Development Preferred)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Joining: Immediate Joinee Preferred Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm's professional services.

Identify, approach, and acquire potential clients seeking Audit, Taxation, Accounting, Advisory, and Consulting services.

Generate current business opportunities and establish long-term client relationships.

Conduct extensive market research and Research & Development to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.

Explore opportunities with large corporates, multinational companies, Big Four firms, Adani Group,



and other leading organizations.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and strategic marketing plans.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Achieve business development targets through effective planning and execution.

Desired Candidate

Profile

MBA Graduate (Marketing/Business Development preferred).

3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development and Marketing.

Strong expertise in Research & Development and market analysis.

Demonstrated track record of generating new business and expanding client portfolios.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
