Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to generate qualified leads for our Life Department. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage prospective clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

- Introduce the company's financial and insurance solutions professionally.
- Qualify leads based on the target customer profile.
- Schedule appointments.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily call, conversation, and appointment targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.

- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or appointment setting.




- Excellent English communication skills • Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.

- Number of qualified conversations.
- Number of leads generated.
- Monthly lead conversion support.
