About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious and self-driven Business Development Intern to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with clients, and contributing to business growth. You'll work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to learn the fundamentals of international B2B sales, lead generation, client communication, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients across the UK and US markets.

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other outbound channels.

Initiate conversations with prospective clients and schedule discovery meetings.

Understand client requirements and effectively communicate PXW's services

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth client communication.

Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and sales documentation.

Maintain accurate records within the CRM and sales pipeline.

Contribute to building and improving scalable sales processes.

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration,



Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (BBA, MBA, B.Com, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong grammar and skilled business writing.

Prior experience in sales, business development, customer success, or lead generation is preferred.

Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Comfortable communicating with international clients.

Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

A positive attitude with a genuine interest in sales and relationship building.

Internship Details

This is a paid 3-month remote internship.

Throughout the internship, you'll receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on guidance from our leadership team.

Your performance will be evaluated based on learning, ownership, communication, and business impact.

Successful candidates will be offered a full-time Business Development Executive role upon successful completion of the internship, subject to performance and business requirements.
