Roto Paint Wala is looking for an energetic and goal-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will represent our studio, pitch our high-quality Rotoscope and Roto-Paint VFX services to client companies, build strong business relationships, and secure deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Outreach & Lead Generation: Cold call prospective studios, production houses, and clients to introduce Roto Paint Wala and our service portfolio.
- Client Engagement: Pitch our rotoscoping and prep/paint services, understand client needs, and handle business inquiries.
- Meetings & Field Visits: Schedule face-to-face meetings and visit client offices to present our work, pitch project proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
- Deal Closure: Follow up consistently with leads to close deals and hit monthly targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients for recurring business.

Requirements & Qualifications





- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with a passion for field sales and meeting clients in person.
- Prior experience in telesales, client acquisition, field sales, or marketing (experience in VFX, Animation, or Media is a plus, but freshers with great communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Ability to present company portfolios and services clearly to decision-makers.
