Business Development Business Development Executive Drive business growth for DICHIT by building relationships with businesses and customers, generating new opportunities, and supporting marketing and outreach initiatives. Kochi, Kerala WFO Full-time What you will do Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B and B2C sales activities.

Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and customer outreach.

Schedule and attend client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and customers.

Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.

Support marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, case studies, social media content, and other promotional materials.

Prepare proposals, business presentations, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and customer requirements.

Maintain the sales pipeline, update CRM records,



and prepare periodic business development reports.

Travel across Kerala for client meetings, business development activities, product demonstrations, and promotional events as required. What we look for Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with a passion for sales.

Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Willingness to travel across Kerala.

Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer relationship management, or a related field.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
