Business Development Executive (Commission-Based) Earn Unlimited Through Performance – No Salary Cap Crobstacle Ventures LLP is looking for energetic and confident Business Development Executives who enjoy networking, meeting new businesses, and generating opportunities. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings with them. Once a meeting is scheduled, our senior management team will take over the sales discussion, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.

For every client that successfully converts into a project through your lead, you earn 20% commission on the net service fee. Even better, if the client signs a monthly retainer with Crobstacle, you'll continue earning 20% of the monthly service fee for as long as the client remains active with us.

Your Responsibilities Identify potential businesses that can benefit from Crobstacle's services.



Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, calls, emails, or other outreach methods. Schedule meetings between prospects and the Crobstacle leadership team. Maintain follow-ups until the meeting is completed. Keep basic records of leads and interactions.

What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in approaching recent people. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn business development and sales. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.

Compensation 20% commission on every successfully converted project generated through your lead. Recurring 20% commission on monthly retainers for as long as the client continues working with Crobstacle. No upper limit on earnings.
