Khushi Housing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join the Commercial Real Estate team. The role involves generating business, assisting clients in finding suitable commercial properties, conducting site visits, negotiating lease terms, and successfully closing leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage commercial leasing leads through corporate outreach, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Identify office spaces, retail spaces, SCOs, and commercial properties based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, corporate clients, and channel partners.




- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective clients.
- Negotiate lease commercials and facilitate successful closures between landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for LOIs, lease agreements, and other transaction documents.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property inventory, follow-ups, and deal progress in the CRM.
- Stay updated on Gurgaon commercial real estate trends, rentals, vacancies, and new project launches.
- Achieve monthly leasing, revenue, and business development targets.
- Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term business relationships.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
