About the Role Codegnan IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (Counsellors) with 1–4 years of relevant counselling or education sales experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students, understanding their career aspirations, and helping them choose the right training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding Codegnan's training programs and career opportunities.
- Understand candidates' educational background and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with leads generated through various sources.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and effective counselling.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Education Counselling, Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Student Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and the local language.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, Educational Institutions, or similar industries.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
