About the Role
BusPark is looking for a passionate and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help connect buyers and sellers in the passenger vehicle industry. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and closing deals, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with buyers and sellers.
- Explain BusPark's services and paid listing packages.
- Convert enquiries into paid listings and assisted sales packages.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collect vehicle details, photos, and documents for listings.
- Create and manage vehicle listings on the platform.
- Assist buyers throughout the vehicle purchase journey.
- Coordinate vehicle loan assistance with finance partners.
- Follow up with customers until the deal is completed.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain daily customer and sales records.
Eligibility
- Experience: 0–2 Years
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email & WhatsApp).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently from home.
