We are committed to providing exceptional property consultation and helping clients make informed real estate investment decisions. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects. Conduct sales presentations and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans. Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.

Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into successful sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities,



and new property launches.

Required

SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or BFSI will be an added advantage.
