Job Details

- Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh
- Openings: 4
- Qualification: Any Degree or above
- Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers are welcome)
- Age Limit: Below 35 years
- Work Type: Field Sales (Approximately 90% travel across other states)
- Gender: Male & Female candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
- Prospect and meet potential industrial clients.
- Present and promote the company's corrugated packaging solutions.
- Generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively to meet customers, conduct business meetings, and expand the company's market presence.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.




- Experience in the packaging or corrugated box manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Experienced candidates should have worked with a Fully Automated Corrugated Box Manufacturing Company.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of additional regional or international languages is a plus.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively (approximately 90% across other states).
