- Identify and acquire new industrial customers across OEMs, fabricators, furniture, automotive, machinery, MDF, packaging, and related sectors.

- Conduct field visits, cold calls, emails, and presentations to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

- Understand customer coating requirements and coordinate product trials with the technical team.

- Convert successful trials into commercial orders through effective negotiation and follow-up.

- Manage key accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, resolve technical and service issues, and drive repeat business.

- Monitor customer consumption, manage reorder cycles, and identify opportunities to upsell additional coating solutions.

- Track market trends, competitors, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
