Deft Innovations is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in business development or sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and technology solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate with clients to close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and IT services is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
