Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Business Development professionals and Client Partners who can identify, engage, and onboard clients with active hiring requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within GCCs, RPOs, and organizations seeking recruitment and talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with GCC, RPO, and enterprise clients with active hiring requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship management.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable talent solutions.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business updates.

Required Experience




- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Partnership, or Sales.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing clients in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of GCCs, RPOs, and recruitment industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Network Candidates with existing connections in:
- Global Capability Centers (GCCs)
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) companies
- Organizations with active hiring requirements
