CodeXorr Solutions is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, lead generation, proposal writing, and client communication within the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate quality B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork.
- Write customized proposals and communicate with international clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project solutions and estimates.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.





Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Business Development.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork.
- Strong proposal writing and English communication skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI Solutions, Digital Marketing, CRM, ERP, or Custom Software Development.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
