We are a growing advertising agency. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Associate to expand our client base and build lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Visit prospective and existing client locations to understand their business needs, present our services, and build strong relationships.
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Promote the agency's advertising, branding, digital marketing, website development, and creative services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Close current business deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.




- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and visit client locations for meetings and business development activities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of advertising services is an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle preferred.

Work Location This is a field sales role requiring regular travel to client locations within the assigned area, along with office-based coordination when required.
