We're looking for passionate, energetic, and ambitious individuals to join our growing Sales team.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate (BDA) , you will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their learning needs, conducting product demonstrations, and driving enrollments. This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about sales and eager to build a successful career in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and counselling sessions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Follow up with leads and drive successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- Must not be pursuing any degree/course currently.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi .
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
