ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and conducting outbound sales calls to customers in Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who thrives in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through research and outreach, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain high call quality standards while consistently meeting daily and weekly performance targets.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients in Australia, building strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

Other Requirements

- Bachelor's degree is required.

- Willing to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation Annual CTC: 2,16,000 – 3,36,000

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Saturday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
