As a Business Development & Lead Generation Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, building relationships with decision-makers, scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales process from prospecting to client onboarding.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation

- Research potential clients across Healthcare, D2C, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Education, Hospitality, Real Estate, SaaS, and other industries.
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google Maps, Instagram, Email, Business Directories, Networking Events, and Cold Outreach.
- Build and maintain a structured CRM/database of prospects.

Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Connect with Founders, Marketing Heads, Business Owners, and Decision Makers.




- Schedule client meetings and presentations for the senior management team.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Client Acquisition
- Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and WhatsApp communication.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Weblytiks Marketing services.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Market Research
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify businesses with high marketing potential.
- Research companies expanding into digital marketing and e-commerce.

CRM & Reporting
- Update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and meeting notes.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
- Prepare lead generation and conversion reports.
