We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in promoting our software products, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Connect with prospective customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with the technical and product teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of software products, SaaS, or ERP solutions is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eligibility
- BBA or MBA graduates.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relations.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
