About Search Engineers

We're a performance search marketing agency based in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore.

We're a startup working with healthcare, education, and professional services businesses across India. We offering services of generate leads through search marketing, performance marketing, web development, and marketing automation.

About Role

- Handle inbound enquiries from the website, ads, and referrals, and respond quickly
- Build your own prospect list and run outbound outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Qualify prospects and understand their business requirements
- Schedule and attend client audit calls
- Prepare and present proposals with the founder
- Follow up and close deals, including collection of advance payment
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM
- Report weekly on calls, meetings, proposals, and closures

Requirements

- Good spoken and written English
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing — SEO, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and lead tracking
- Sales Experience and Knowledge




- 0 – 2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Willingness to do outbound calling and follow-up

What we provide

Compensation

- Base salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month based on experience
- Retainer clients: 20% of first month fee + 5% of months 2 to 6, paid while the client is active
- One-time projects: 20% of project value,
- All incentives paid on amount received.

Working Hours and Day:

- Monday to Saturday ( 2and 4th saturday week off )
- Morning 9am or 10 am till 6pm or 7pm.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
