Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle leads provided by the company.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their real estate or funding requirements.
- Explain the company’s products and services to potential clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client handling and conversion.

Candidate Profile:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Prior experience in real estate, finance, funding, or business development will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
