We're a lean, founder-led team looking for a Sales Executive to help grow our B2B pipeline.
- Location: NPX Urbtech, Sector 153, Noida
- Work mode: Hybrid — 3 days WFO / 2 days WFH
- Stipend: ₹10,000/month + performance incentives on qualified leads (no Cap)
- Duration: 6 months, full time
- Start: Immediate What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls & outreach to a curated list of agencies, production houses & OTT platforms
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the founders
- Follow a structured multi-touch outreach sequence (call, email, LinkedIn)
- Log calls & outcomes in our CRM/tracker
- Get direct, hands-on exposure to B2B sales — working closely with founders, not buried in a large team Who we're looking for:
- Strong verbal communication (English + Hindi)
- Comfortable on the phone with strangers, resilient to rejection
- Self-motivated, target-driven, organized
