Overview : We seek a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our dynamic team that sells hardware and software EdTech products to schools. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology to enhance educational experiences and will possess strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with school administrators and decision-makers effectively.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
:
- Generate new business opportunities from schools.
- Promote and demonstrate Smart Boards, Interactive Panels, AI Skill Labs, 3D Labs, E-Libraries, and other EdTech solutions.
- Conduct school visits and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and customer support.
- Maintain sales reports and identify new market opportunities.
Work time-8am to 4pm (Mon-Fri) 8am-2pm(Sat)
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
-Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
-Familiarity with educational hardware (e.g., interactive displays, tablets) and software (e.g., learning management systems, educational apps).
-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
-Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
