Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales of IT hardware products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, government organizations, and channel partners.
- Schedule client meetings and product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently generate qualified leads.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technology products.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.

Required Skills

- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or IT Hardware Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in selling IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, interactive flat panels, tablets, printers, networking solutions, or related technology products will be preferred.
