Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be trained to identify potential clients, build strong business relationships, understand hiring requirements, and generate new business opportunities for our Executive Search team.

This is a remote role, but candidates should be willing to travel within Chennai or Bengaluru for client meetings whenever required.

Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.




- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Understand client hiring requirements and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil client requirements.
