Roles & Responsibilities

- Contact students and explain our training programs and internships.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert them into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams.

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹20,000 per month
- Basic Salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Based on admissions and target achievement
