The Business Development Executive role at Appz Solutions, located in Bengaluru, India, represents a pivotal opportunity within our global Sales & Business Development division. This full-time position is critical in driving strategic growth and expanding our market footprint across the engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute comprehensive market research initiatives to identify emerging opportunities and align sales strategies with corporate objectives.

- Develop and implement effective lead generation tactics that enhance customer acquisition and retention across diverse engineering domains.

- Engage in negotiations with key stakeholders to facilitate successful contract closures, ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards.

- Create and maintain robust relationships with clients and partners to foster cross-border collaboration and operational excellence.

- Utilize CRM software to track sales performance metrics and inform strategic decision-making processes.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and alignment with overall company goals.

Required Skills

- The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience in sales and business development within a multinational enterprise environment.

- Proficient in market research methodologies and sales strategy development, essential for driving revenue growth.

- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, showcasing leadership in agile environments.

- Effective communication and networking skills, crucial for establishing and nurturing client relations.

Required Educational Qualifications
