Role Responsibilities:
Sales Conversations & Lead Conversion
Engage with prospective learners through outbound and inbound sales conversations.
Understand learner requirements and recommend relevant upskilling programs.
Drive enrollments by building trust and maintaining effective follow-ups.
Consultative Selling & Customer Engagement
Handle customer queries and guide learners through the decision-making process.
Clearly communicate program benefits, career outcomes, and value propositions.
Build solid rapport with learners through confident and professional interactions.
Revenue Ownership & Sales Performance
Work towards achieving individual sales and conversion targets.
Track pipeline movement, follow-ups, and customer interactions consistently.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
What We're Looking For
Prior exposure to B2C sales environments.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong consultative selling and persuasion abilities.
Confidence in engaging with learners and working professionals.
Energetic, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset.
Prior exposure to EdTech or upskilling sales is preferred.
