Alliance Recruitment Agency is a leading recruitment and staffing company providing talent acquisition solutions to clients across multiple industries. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other business development activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Understand client hiring needs and present suitable recruitment solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of Business Development experience in the Staffing & Recruiting industry (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Strong lead generation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of recruitment and staffing services.
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
