Direct Responsibilities - Ensures compliance with Group requirements pertaining to IT continuity

- Develop & Maintain IT Continuity Dashboard for the region
- Gather IT continuity needs with BCOs.
- Consolidates and maintains the list of critical IT assets, jointly with BCOs and respective IT asset owners
- Deploys and maintains appropriate IT continuity framework for existing IT assets and projects
- Raises awareness and organizes IT continuity training.
- Organizes and monitors regular exercise plans and reports
- Prepares IT continuity reporting including results from exercises and controls
- Ensure coordination with the Business Continuity Officer(s) to gather IT continuity needs stated by entities
- Ensure compliance with IT continuity requirements Technical & Behavioral Competencies - Having valuable knowledge on Datacenter Drill and failover processes.
- Knowledge in Power BI will a plus
- Good knowledge on disaster scenario's – Unitary failover,



Datacenter level failover, CAR exercise, Back up & Restoration exercise.
- Documentation related to different disaster scenario.
