Role Overview

As a Business Analyst at Webority Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will gather requirements, create documentation, and support the full software development lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with relevant internship experience to grow within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.

Assist in drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Use Cases.

Create wireframes, workflows, and mock-ups to illustrate business solutions using tools like Figma or Visio.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams during the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Assist in performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and documenting test cases and scenarios.

Support project coordination, stakeholder communication, and documentation updates.

Required Qualifications

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or any engineering field; candidates with technical backgrounds or relevant internships may also apply.

Experience: 0–1 year (including internships/training in BA).

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Figma, JIRA, MS Excel, SQL, or similar.

Documentation Skills:



Exposure to writing BRD, SRS, and User Stories.

SDLC Knowledge: Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Soft Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
