Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and functional specifications.
- Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan, execute, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and defect tracking.
- Support application implementation, production deployment, and post-production activities.
- Manage change requests, release coordination, and application enhancements.
- Provide functional support, user training, and knowledge transfer to business users.
- Ensure successful project delivery by following SDLC and IT project management best practices.





Required Skills

- Strong Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering experience.
- Experience in Functional Specifications, BRD/FRD, and Documentation.
- Business Process Analysis and Workflow Documentation.
- Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Test Case Preparation.
- Knowledge of SDLC and end-to-end IT Project Lifecycle.
- Experience in Application Implementation and Production Support.
- Strong Stakeholder Management, Change Management, and Release Coordination skills.
