We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong banking/financial services background to support a digital transformation initiative for a leading financial institution. Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders across retail/corporate banking, operations, and compliance functions

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows

Conduct gap analysis between current and target-state processes





Work closely with technical teams (development, QA) to ensure requirements are correctly implemented

Support UAT planning and execution

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions

Produce BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and traceability matrices

Ensure alignment with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements (AML/KYC where applicable) Required Experience

5+ years as a Business Analyst, with minimum 3 years in banking/financial services

Solid understanding of core banking operations (retail, corporate, trade finance, or digital banking)

Experience working with banks in international markets a plus

Proven track record producing BRDs, FRDs, and process documentation

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience with core banking systems or digital banking platforms (Temenos, Finacle, or similar) is a plus Nice to Have

Experience with regulatory/compliance-driven banking projects

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (CSPO, PSM) Engagement Details
