Required Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Mandatory experience in the US Healthcare domain.

Skills and Expertise

- Mandatory experience in the US Healthcare domain (Claims, Eligibility, Enrollment,

Billing, EDI, or related healthcare modules).
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Experience in process flow creation, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis.
- Strong understanding of SDLC.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to interact with clients and conduct requirement gathering sessions.
- Experience coordinating with Development, QA, UI/UX, and Product teams.




- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools is preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business

Administration, or a related field.
- CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar Business Analyst certifications are an added advantage.
- Post-graduate qualification (preferred).
